Joshua M. Cramer is a strategic real estate consultant in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Mr. Cramer focuses on the representation of not-for-proﬁt organizations, associations and government affairs offices. Over the course of his career, he’s successfully completed more than 750,000 square feet of real estate assignments, encompassing a wide range of transaction types. His practice includes assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, lease renewals, the restructuring of existing leases, negotiation of new leases and the sale and acquisition of commercial buildings. Mr. Cramer obtained a both a master’s degree in secondary education, preceded by a bachelor’s degree in political science from The George Washington University. In addition to his work with Uproot, he is an active member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the Non-Proﬁt Roundtable, and the Finance & Administrative Roundtable.
